Jing is a Managing Director of Sky9 Capital. He has particular expertise in B2B, O2O, ecommerce, mobile platforms, consumer services and VR/AR technology. Previously, Jing joined Lightspeed China Partners as Vice President in 2014. While at LCP, Jing made investments in 51wofang, a virtual reality enabled real-estate crowdfunding site; MaiLiangWang, the leading grain industry ecommerce platform; and iPlas, a leading B2B platform for bulk commodity plastic materials.
Prior to that, Jing worked as Vice President at Zhenshun Capital from 2013 to 2014 with a focus on the e-business sector. His investments included ZhiTouBang, a mobile game TV media platform, and Haowj.com, an online spoken-English educational website. From 2010 to 2012, he was Investment Manager at China Renaissance K2, where he helped start and build the firm’s angel-stage investment fund. His notable deals included ZhaoGangWang, the leading B2B website for the iron and steel industry and JuMei.com, the largest cosmetics-focused ecommerce site. Prior to that, he was a business development manager for FanTong, where he was responsible for industry, carrier, and government partnerships as well as the Series A business plan and fundraising.
Jing graduated from Beihang University (formerly known as the Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics) with a B.S. in Computer Science.
