Lesley participates in designing investment structures, legal due diligence, term negotiation, deal execution and legal matters of portfolio management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to joining Sky9 Capital, Lesley was an Associate of Han Kun Law Offices, focusing on private equity, venture capital, M&amp;A and IPO. She has great experience in the legal practice of venture capital and the subsequence capital market operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lesley has the PRC Bar qualification.
