Mr. Simon Shao is a Partner with Sky9 Capital and has over 15 years of entrepreneurial, startup, operations, private equity, venture capital, fundraising and portfolio management experience.  Simon mainly focuses on the value creation and portfolio management operations of Sky9 Capital.

Previously, Simon served as deputy CFO of Full Truck Alliance (NYSE: YMM), the world’s leading online freight matching platform, and helped the company successfully secured multiple rounds of financing including its successful IPO on NYSE. Prior to that,  Simon served as an investor at Government Investment Corporation of Singapore (GIC), Navis Capital, China Resources Group Strategic Investments, where he helped a number of companies with their strategy, operations, and capital market optimization.

Simon holds an MPhil in Finance from University of Cambridge and a B.A. in World Economics from Fudan University.
