Ms. Rowen Wu is responsible for legal affairs related to Sky9’s fund operation and portfolios. Rowen participates in legal due diligence, term negotiation, transaction documents review and legal matters of portfolio management.

Prior to joining Sky9 Capital, Rowen was an Associate of Han Kun Law Offices, focusing on private equity, venture capital, M&A and capital market. She has extensive experience in the legal practice of equity financing,IPO and corporate governance.

Rowen has the PRC Bar qualification. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Translation and Interpreting and a Juris Master degree from Fudan University.
