Ms. Lesley Lu is in charge of all legal matters related to Sky9’s investment, fund operation and portfolios. Lesley participates in designing investment structures, legal due diligence, term negotiation, deal execution and legal matters of portfolio management.

Prior to joining Sky9 Capital, Lesley was an Associate of Han Kun Law Offices, focusing on private equity, venture capital, M&A and IPO. She has great experience in the legal practice of venture capital and the subsequence capital market operations.

Lesley has the PRC Bar qualification. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Law (Major) and a B.A. degree in English Literature (Minor) from Shanghai International Studies University, and a M.A. in Laws from Georgetown University.
