Ms. Susie Tian is in charge of legal matters related to Sky9’s fund operation and portfolios. Susie participates in legal due diligence, term negotiation, transaction documents review and legal matters of portfolio compliance.

Prior to joining Sky9 Capital, Susie served as an Associate in Llinks Law Offices and Haiwen & Partners, focusing on private equity, venture capital, M&A and real estate investment. She has great experience in the legal practice of private equity and venture capital.

Susie has the PRC Bar qualification and New York State Bar qualification. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from East China University of Political Science and Law, and a master’s degree in Law from Vanderbilt University.
