Ms. Tracy Chen is responsible for financial management, reporting, audit, tax, and compliance of our funds and works closely with our portfolio management team.

Previously, Tracy served as Head of Finance for a Shanghai STAR Market listed company, in charge of financial management, budgeting, internal controls, providing effective financial support aligned with corporate strategy. Prior to that, Tracy was a Senior Audit Manager at Ernst & Young. She is a Certified Public Accountant and has extensive cross-industry audit experience.

Tracy holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Law and Accounting from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
