Dr. Fan Liu brings over a decade of experience in interdisciplinary R&D at the convergence of biotechnology, artificial intelligence, and quantum chemistry – a transformative paradigm now recognized as AI for Science (AI4S). As co-founder of neoX Biotech, he spearheaded one of the earliest AI-accelerated biologics discovery platforms, serving first as Chief Technology Officer and later as CEO. 

Previously, Fan was a Principal Investigator in Discovery Biology at BeOne Medicines (formerly known as BeiGene). Before that, he conducted postdoctoral research at Institute of Systems Biology (ISB) in Seattle. 

Fan holds a Ph.D in computational chemistry from California Institute of Technology (Caltech) and a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Zhejiang University’s Chu Kochen Honors College.
